FuelRod is looking for a highly motivated Field Service Representative that can work with little direction to ensure a high quality of customer service. The goal is to maximize customer satisfaction and the prosperity of business by producing results in a timely manner.

Responsibilities

-On site kiosk installation, repairs, maintenance and test activities to be completed in a safe and timely manner.

-Perform troubleshooting and strive to resolve issues as quickly as possible while keeping a good customer interface.

-All kiosks inventory to be managed throughout the shift to ensure product availability. Assist customers at the kiosks, recognize customer needs and offer advice and recommendations when needed.

-Follow all required safety rules and guidelines.

-Operate vehicle in a safe manner at all times.

-Team up with colleagues and pass on important information.

SKILLS

-Proven experience as a field service representative.

-Ability to manage your schedule and maximize positive results

-Strong knowledge of English

-Accustomed to using mobile tools and application

Requirements:

**Must have reliable transportation and Insurance

**Valid Driver's License with clean DMV record

**Must be able to lift and carry 40 lbs.

**Must have a professional, well groomed appearance

SCHEDULE: Monday,Wednesday,Thursday: 2pm-10:30pm with occasional Saturday and Sunday as needed

FuelRod "The Swappable Power" is looking for a highly motivated Reno-Tahoe International Airport Service Agent (1099 Contracted Position) that can work independently, ensure high quality standards and provide great customer service at the Reno-Tahoe International Airport.

Responsibilities:

* Perform routine weekly inventory restock and cleaning of the FuelRod kiosks throughout the Airport. (average 15 to 30 minutes per kiosk, plus the time to walk between each one)
* Respond to Emergency service work if a kiosk is inoperable (no experience required – technical support team walks the Service Agent through each step to fix)
* Follow all required airport safety rules and guidelines included the badging process for the RNO Airport.

Skills:

* Airport Badge is required ( must be able to pass background check)
* Ability to manage your own schedule and respond to emails in a timely manner
* Strong knowledge of the English language
* Basic iPad/Smartphone knowledge
* Accustomed to using mobile tools and applications
